- Willingness to learn about and taste great food
- Commitment to practicing the DLM Team Values: Be honest, safe, helpful, and hard-working
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Prior coffee knowledge is a plus
- 18 years or older preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Complete barista-level training programs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Coffee Bar area
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Uphold the DLM Team Values of honesty, safety, helpfulness, and hard-working
