Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in coffee service, catering, or event setup
  • Familiarity with operating, transporting, and maintaining portable coffee and tea equipment is a plus
  • Ability to work 15 to 20 hours per week including weekends and evenings
  • Physical ability to lift and move equipment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to work flexible schedule based on event timings

Job Qualifications

  • Experience with or willingness to learn assembly and disassembly of mobile units and equipment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer-focused with strong organizational skills
  • Adaptability to work in various event environments
  • Physical stamina to handle lifting and moving equipment
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in coffee service, catering, or event setup is highly valued

Job Duties

  • Participate in assembly and disassembly of the mobile coffee cart at event locations
  • Ensure secure transportation of the cart and equipment to and from venues
  • Educate and engage customers about premium illy Caffè and Dammann Frères tea
  • Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming guests and making personalized beverage recommendations
  • Skillfully prepare a variety of coffee and tea beverages following recipes and presentation standards
  • Manage and organize inventory and maintain brewing and serving equipment
  • Uphold high standards of sanitation and safety according to company and health regulations
