Job Requirements

Standing for long periods of time
Lifting up to 30lbs
Must have holiday and weekend availability
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to follow instructions and company policies

Job Qualifications

Willingness to learn about and taste great food
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Prior coffee knowledge is a plus
Ability to embody the DLM Team Values of being honest, safe, helpful, and hard-working
Age 18 years or older preferred

Job Duties

Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their coffee and food selections
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages following established recipes and standards
Complete barista-level training programs and stay informed about coffee history and origins
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
Handle cash register operations accurately and efficiently
Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
