Job Requirements
- Prior hospitality customer service or barista experience preferred
- must be able to learn all menu items and up-selling techniques
- basic mathematical skills necessary to operate a register
- ability to effectively resolve conflict situations such as inaccurate check total
- outgoing pleasant personality and the ability to read and speak English sufficient to understand menus and special promotions and communicate with guests
- ability to operate keyboard and Point of Sale procedures to handle cashier functions
- detail-oriented and highly organized
- able to multitask prioritize effectively and work well both independently and as part of a team
- physically able to stand walk lift up to 25 lbs and perform required tasks
- must be able to work a varied schedule to include mornings days evenings weekends and the ability to work under pressure

Job Duties
- Understand full menu including ingredients preparation and service standards
- consistently prepare quality beverages and dishes to standard
- maintain cleanliness and organization of work area performing cleaning as assigned
- operate POS system accurately while multitasking and completing side work
- comply with accounting guidelines for processing payments and completing closing tasks at end of shift
- follow merchandising stocking rotation and storage standards
- handle guest orders from start to finish resolving complaints professionally
- assist in other areas of the marketplace as business levels demand
- other duties as assigned
