The opportunity available is for a part-time Barista position located at the Capital One Café in The Plaza Capital One, Suite 13, King Of Prussia, PA. The schedule for this role is Friday through Monday from 12:30 pm to 8:30 pm, with the possibility of additional details provided during the interview. The role offers a competitive pay rate of $18.00 per hour and accepts online applications only. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for customer service and an interest in the food and beverage industry. While previous barista experience is desired, Eurest is willing to train candidates who have strong customer service skills. As a Barista, you will play a pivotal role in delivering premium coffee and espresso drinks to customers, ensuring a positive experience with every visit. The role extends beyond beverage preparation to include preparing related food and beverage items while adhering to strict HACCP guidelines and quality standards. Operating point-of-sale devices accurately for order entry and handling cash or charge payments is part of the daily responsibilities. Maintaining cleanliness, replenishing supplies, and ensuring food presentation meet company standards are critical in this fast-paced environment. Customer interaction is significant in this role, requiring a friendly and courteous attitude to engage with customers, answer questions about menu items, and effectively relay any customer concerns to supervisors to maintain customer satisfaction. A successful candidate will demonstrate knowledge of the daily menu, assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions, and uphold all standards for proper portion control and temperature maintenance.
