- Experience in customer service or food and beverage preferred
- Ability to learn and operate coffee making equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling payments
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Warmly greets and acknowledges guests within 30 seconds of entering the concept
- Takes guests drink and food order accurately
- Operates coffee making equipment and dismantles and cleans machinery as needed
- Prepares and presents beverages according to established recipe and presentation standards
- Accurately totals, processes, and collects payments using the point-of-sale system
- Handles money, processes credit and debit card transactions, makes change following company cash handling and loss prevention policies
- Demonstrates knowledgeable and enthusiastic understanding of the menu and products
- Creates and delivers first-class experiences for traveling customers in various national and local brand concepts
