Watermark Baton Rouge is currently seeking a part-time Barista/Outlet Cashier to join its dedicated team in the Milford's on Third dining facility. This New York City style deli is well-known for its southern-inspired offerings that evoke a comforting, home-style experience. The Barista/Outlet Cashier will report directly to the Outlet Manager/Supervisor and play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest service. This position is designed for individuals who excel at providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service in a fast-paced, customer-forward environment.

The primary responsibilities of the Barista/Outlet Cashier include receiving and delivering guests' orders with precision and professionalism, maintaining a friendly and service-oriented demeanor at all times, and efficiently handling payment transactions. This role demands a thorough knowledge of the outlet’s menus and daily specials, along with a keen understanding of the restaurant's operations and associated job roles to enhance the guest experience effectively.
