This part-time Barista position (20 hours per week, 0.5 FTE) is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about coffee and exceptional customer service. The role involves working varying shifts from 6:30 am to 2:45 pm, Monday through Friday, with rotating holidays and weekends. As a Barista with Percy’s Perks, you will be at the heart of creating a welcoming and memorable coffee experience for customers by preparing and serving delicious coffee and specialty drinks with a smile. You will engage actively with customers, ensuring every visit to Percy’s Perks leaves a positive impression.

The role demands maintaining a clean and organized workspace, contributing to smooth shop operations through teamwork and collaboration. Although previous barista experience is a plus, the organization values a positive attitude, a passion for coffee, and strong communication skills above all, and is committed to providing training to the right candidate. Working in this busy environment requires the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards.
