Job Requirements

Must have a High School Diploma/GED
must have sufficient math ability to pass basic math skills test
must have a pleasant personality and adhere to the Uniform Standards policy
must speak, read and understand English well enough to converse with customers, supervisors and employees
must understand written and oral directions and communicate effectively
must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
must be able to work various shifts including holidays and weekends
must be able to operate a Micros POS system
Food Handler's Certification required

Job Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED
sufficient math ability to accurately add, subtract, divide, multiply and perform basic business math calculations
pleasant personality and adherence to uniform standards policy
speak, read and understand English
understand written and oral instructions and communicate effectively
ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
ability to work closely with others
ability to operate a Micros POS system
Food Handler's Certification

Job Duties

Keep food and beverage shelves stocked with current product including review of FI/FO
Accurately process POS transactions inputting product costs and handling debit and credit cards, traveler’s checks, coupons and gift certificates
Maintain a clean and organized workspace so fellow employees may locate resources and product as needed
Keep outlet locations clean wiping down tables, shelves, counters, glass and other surfaces
Assist with new employee training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging feedback
Notify lead/managers regarding guest complaints and concerns
Follow all Starbucks recipe and presentation standards
