Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability and willingness to work varied schedule including weekends and holidays
- ability to effectively communicate in basic English
- previous guest service experience is required
- at least 1 year cash handling experience
- valid food handler's certification and TIPS required
- basic math skills with addition and subtraction
- ability to multi-task and work in busy environment
- ability and willingness to stand and/or walk for 8 hours at a time
- micros experience preferred
- barista or coffeehouse/restaurant experience preferred

Job Duties
- handle all food and beverage payment transactions
- provide superior customer service
- maintain cleanliness throughout Fres.Co
- prepare well-crafted morning beverages according to Omni specifications
- enter all guest orders into point-of-sale system (MICROS)
- communicate order and pricing details with kitchen staff and team members
- attend staff meetings and training sessions
- resolve guest complaints and issues
- perform opening and closing duties
- follow Omni Moments of Service guidelines
- keep outlet well-maintained
