Job Requirements
- 18 plus years of age
- Able to lift 25 plus lbs and stand for long periods
- Availability to meet cafe needs including peak days Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Part time availability for 15-25 hours per week across 3 days
- Full time availability for 30-40 hours per week across 4-5 days
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Job Qualifications
- 1 plus years experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality or coffee
- Passionate about creating cafe beverages
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Adaptable and eager to learn
- Comfortable with cash handling and safety protocols
- Friendly and enthusiastic with customer service focus
Job Duties
- Delight customers with consistent, welcoming and engaging customer service
- Work within a world-class coffee program using top coffee equipment to prepare beverages
- Complete all training to ensure proper food and beverage handling
- Implement systems to avoid product wastage and adjust inventory accordingly
- Maintain compliance with local health standards
- Adhere fully to all product, service, and brand training playbooks
- Participate in initiatives to increase customer traffic, sales, and operational profitability
