This position offers an exciting opportunity to join the IST Management team as a part-time Barista/Office Services Team Member in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This hybrid role combines barista duties with office service responsibilities in a dynamic, service-oriented environment. The position is assignment-based, typically involving 8-hour shifts any day from Monday through Friday, allowing for flexibility according to business needs. Hourly compensation ranges from $15.00 per hour, making this role attractive for individuals seeking part-time work with growth prospects. The role of Barista/Office Services Team Member requires an individual who is friendly, customer-focused, and dedicated to delivering top-notch client experiences. As a barista, the team member will prepare custom coffee and espresso beverages, maintain a clean and organized coffee bar area, and provide excellent customer care with a friendly and cooperative attitude. Complementing this, the office services responsibilities include processing incoming and outgoing mail and packages, handling pick-up and delivery of office materials, stocking and organizing kitchen and office supplies, and backing up reception duties when necessary. The role also involves driving a vehicle to transport documents as required. Candidates will need to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment where customer demands and business priorities frequently shift.

Job Duties

  • Making custom coffee/espresso drinks for clients
  • maintaining area surrounding coffee bar to ensure cleanliness and organization
  • maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
  • stocking and organizing kitchen and office supplies
  • process all incoming and outgoing mail/packages
  • pick-up and deliver mail, parcels and copy/print jobs to customers within the office
  • drive vehicle & pick up/drop off documents
  • back-up at reception when needed
  • demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
  • consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
  • perform other tasks as assigned
