Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including mornings evenings weekends and holidays
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Willingness to learn and be trained on barista techniques and equipment operation
Ability to stand for extended periods
Customer-focused attitude

Job Qualifications

Previous barista experience is preferred but not required
A passion for coffee and tea along with a commitment to delivering high-quality beverages
Excellent customer service skills including the ability to engage with guests and provide a welcoming experience
Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
Flexibility to work mornings evenings weekends and holidays as needed

Job Duties

Prepare and serve a range of coffee and tea beverages ensuring consistent quality and presentation
Greet and engage with guests take orders and provide recommendations while delivering friendly and attentive customer service
Operate and maintain coffee machines grinders and other equipment to ensure they are clean well-maintained and functioning correctly
Manage and restock coffee beans syrups milk and other beverage ingredients as needed to ensure a well-supplied coffee bar
Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently including providing change and processing payments
Maintain a clean and organized coffee bar area including regular cleaning of counters machines and utensils
