Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years or older
- Legally eligible to work in the country of employment
- Availability to work at least two days a week including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, or holidays as needed
- Ability to comply with Peet's employment policies and work with minors
- Physical ability to perform various tasks during the work shift
Job Qualifications
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge or willingness to learn about coffee and beverage preparation
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging attitude
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by consistently following Peet's service steps with quality engagement and friendly service
- Prepare handcrafted beverages and products to Peet's high standards in taste, appearance, and consistency
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace by collaborating with coworkers, seeking feedback and taking initiative to support operations
- Drive sales through suggestive selling, product education, and sampling, helping customers discover and enjoy Peet's offerings
- Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance, punctuality, and timely completion of tasks throughout the shift
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked coffee bar while demonstrating urgency and composure in a fast-paced setting
