Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service or barista role preferred
- Eligible to obtain Washington State Food Worker Card within two weeks of employment
- Ability to work flexible shifts including days, weekends, and nights
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Possession of or eligibility to obtain a Washington State Food Worker Card within two weeks of employment
- Experience in food and beverage preparation preferred
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Capability to operate espresso and food service equipment
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced medical environment
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve espresso beverages and food items
- Provide excellent and respectful customer service to a diverse customer base in a medical setting
- Train new or unskilled employees in preparation, service, cleaning, stocking, and departmental procedures
- Operate all espresso and/or food service equipment and machinery
- Stock supplies necessary for preparation and service of beverages and food items
- Display food and espresso items attractively
- Operate cash register and handle cash, check and charge payments according to policies
