- Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred
- Ability to perform some heavy lifting up to 60 lbs
- Strong communication skills
- Basic proficiency in POS and cash handling
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties
- Ensure exceptional customer service by representing DMC's core values with customer engagement
- Comprehend and retain knowledge of current and upcoming products through email releases and execute all quality control feedback forms and quizzes on time
- Maintain a clean and presentable workplace and service area using provided materials as guidance
- Communicate effectively with Assistant Managers and Store Managers regarding current events in store to drive performance
- Engage with new staff members in the barista training program to assist in skills and development
- Protect and maintain company assets and equipment, communicating all issues to store leadership promptly
- Train and understand DMC equipment function, POS, cash handling procedures, and espresso bar and brewing skills including handcraft methods
