- California Food Handler's certificate required
- Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certificate required

Job Duties
- Greets customers entering restaurant
- provides customers with drink menus and answers questions regarding menu and ingredients
- takes orders and is mindful of details and requests such as preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios
- prepares beverages according to established recipes
- serves beverages and prepared food
- receives and processes payments
- maintains cleanliness of bar area
- performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at the direction of management
