Job Requirements

  • Interests in coffee program, must be passionate about coffee
  • active TABC and ServSafe certification required
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferred
  • strong ability to multitask
  • ability to problem solve quickly
  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • must be eligible to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Promotes coffee consumption by educating customers
  • selling coffee and coffee grinding and brewing equipment, accessories, and supplies
  • preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks
  • prepare and serve drinks that meet quality standards
  • properly handle and maintain all equipment
  • respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
  • accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling procedures
  • demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings
  • observe relevant health and safety standards
  • other duties as assigned
