Job Requirements
- Stand and walk for extended periods (6-8 hours)
- lift and carry up to 25 lbs frequently
- reach bend stoop and wipe
- use hands and arms to carry trays plates and drinks
Job Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- enthusiasm for coffee and beverage preparation
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages maintaining high-quality standards in taste and presentation
- operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines and grinders with precision and care
- take customer orders with a friendly and attentive demeanor ensuring accuracy and attention to special requests
- maintain a clean and organized workstation as well as the overall cafe area
- provide excellent customer service engage with guests and answer any questions about our menu offerings
