Job Requirements

Stand and walk for extended periods (6-8 hours)
lift and carry up to 25 lbs frequently
reach, bend, stoop, and wipe
use hands and arms to carry trays, plates, and drinks

Job Qualifications

Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
enthusiasm for coffee and beverage preparation
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail
ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Job Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, maintaining high-quality standards in taste and presentation
operate coffee equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, with precision and care
take customer orders with a friendly and attentive demeanor, ensuring accuracy and attention to special requests
maintain a clean and organized workstation, as well as the overall cafe area
provide excellent customer service, engage with guests, and answer any questions about our menu offerings
