Job Duties
- Warmly greets, acknowledges, and takes guests' drink and food orders within 30 seconds of entry
- Operates coffee-making equipment and dismantles and cleans machinery as needed
- Prepares and presents beverages according to established recipe and presentation standards
- Accurately totals, processes, and collects payments using the point-of-sale system
- Handles money, processes credit and debit card payments, and complies with cash handling and loss prevention policies
- Remains knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products
- Creates and delivers first-class experiences for the traveling public
