Job Duties

  • Lead and coach a team in a fast-paced cafe environment
  • Support day-to-day operations, including opening/closing and guest service
  • Work closely with the General Manager to run smooth shifts
  • Place orders and manage inventory
  • Jump into any role needed (drive-thru, bar, kitchen, register)
  • Train and motivate new and current team members
  • Maintain high standards for drink, food, cleanliness, and organization
  • Create genuine guest experiences and drive suggestive selling
  • Address shift issues and guest concerns professionally
  • Communicate clearly with GM and ownership on team performance and store needs
  • Bring urgency, energy, and presence to peak times
