We are currently seeking a fun and energetic Barista Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal as our baristas are the heart and soul of our coffee shop, responsible for not only crafting delicious beverages but also ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience. The Barista Manager position involves taking on leadership responsibilities such as setting the work tone, training and educating team members on processes and policies, managing work schedules, and maintaining operational excellence. The Barista Manager will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and tea drinks that meet LaJava’s high-quality standards, handling and maintaining all equipment properly, and responding promptly and politely to customer orders, questions, concerns, and complaints. Accurate cash and credit card payment handling is essential, along with maintaining relevant health and safety standards throughout the workplace. As a leader on the team, the Barista Manager must foster a positive work ethic by leading by example and keeping the team motivated and productive. Additionally, the position involves managing storage areas, organizing deliveries, and ensuring smooth daily operations by aligning team availability with scheduling needs.
