Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- 18 years of age or older
- existing or can obtain Food Handler's Certification within 30 days
- able to stand and walk for extended periods
- capable of precision hand movements and operation of coffee equipment
- able to squat, bend, and reach as required
- able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- comfortable climbing ladders and stairs
- able to taste and smell for quality control
- able to communicate effectively with guests
Job Qualifications
- Food Handler's Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- basic math and computer skills
- strong interest in coffee and food service
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- dedication to delivering inclusive hospitality
- reliable, punctual, and consistent work ethic
- ability to anticipate guest needs

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality to guests, teammates, and vendors
- make and serve a variety of beverages using different brewing and preparation methods
- prepare and serve delicious food
- stay knowledgeable about current beverage and food offerings and preparation techniques
- taste beverages regularly to ensure quality and uphold standards
- create community in cafes by sharing coffee knowledge with guests
- support team with cleaning and organizing tasks
- promote sustainability efforts and uphold health and safety guidelines
- complete training and validation post-hire
