- 2+ years of experience in specialty coffee, bartending, or upscale hospitality
- strong knowledge of espresso equipment and cocktail preparation techniques
- familiarity with wine, spirits, and classic cocktail builds
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- flexible availability including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Prepare espresso, coffee, and specialty café beverages with precision and consistency
- craft classic and signature cocktails, wine, and other alcoholic beverages to brand standards
- maintain a clean, organized, and visually elevated barista/bar station
- provide warm, knowledgeable, and polished guest interactions across all service styles
- guide guests through both coffee and cocktail menus with confidence and attention to detail
- ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation for all beverages
- monitor responsible alcohol service and follow all compliance and ID verification standards
- support transitions between café, bar, and lounge service throughout the day
- assist with inventory, prep, and opening/closing duties
