Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in specialty coffee, bartending, or upscale hospitality
- Strong knowledge of espresso equipment and cocktail preparation techniques
- Familiarity with wine, spirits, and classic cocktail builds
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Prepare espresso, coffee, and specialty café beverages with precision and consistency
- Craft classic and signature cocktails, wine, and other alcoholic beverages to brand standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually elevated barista/bar station
- Provide warm, knowledgeable, and polished guest interactions across all service styles
- Guide guests through both coffee and cocktail menus with confidence and attention to detail
- Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation for all beverages
- Monitor responsible alcohol service and follow all compliance and ID verification standards
- Support transitions between café, bar, and lounge service throughout the day
- Assist with inventory, prep, and opening/closing duties
