Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • One or more years of experience
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an Alcohol Beverage Control card and relevant health certifications
  • Must comply with all state gaming regulations, including obtaining a license if required
  • Ability to stand for long periods without sitting or leaning
  • Ability to bend, stoop and reach while assisting guests
  • Ability to carry trash bags weighing up to 25 lbs
  • Use of stairs and elevators
  • Ability to work flexible hours including high volume and fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • One or more years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions with clarification when needed

Job Duties

  • Maintain a calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events to keep store operations to standard and set a positive example
  • Anticipate customer and store needs by evaluating environment and customer cues
  • Communicate relevant information to management to support team responsiveness and create a welcoming environment
  • Assist with new partner training through positive reinforcement and respectful coaching
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by recognizing changes in morale and performance and reporting them
  • Deliver legendary customer service by prioritizing customer needs and connecting with guests
  • Follow operational policies including cash handling and safety procedures to ensure partner safety
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace for easy access to resources and products
  • Provide quality beverages and food products consistently, adhering to recipe and presentation standards and health regulations
  • Recognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
