- At least 6 months experience as a barista
- Ability to operate and maintain espresso machines
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow company recipes and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties
- Provide the best coffee experience possible with top notch customer service
- Follow all company drink recipes and procedures
- Brew coffee and prepare smoothie drink recipes
- Operate and maintain espresso machines
- Maintain, stock and clean barista area
- Back up all food service area including cashier as needed
- Work evenings and weekends
