Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- reliable transportation or means of getting to work
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong work ethic and dependability
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties

- personalize interactions by remembering regulars and making newcomers feel at home
- resolve customer concerns calmly and professionally
- maintain a high standard of guest service during peak hours
- support coworkers especially during busy shifts
- communicate openly and respectfully with team and leadership
- take pride in cleaning, stocking, and restocking stations
- balance making drinks, assisting guests, and keeping station clean while multitasking
- stay calm and prioritize when juggling multiple tasks
- think on your feet and adjust to guest needs including off-menu requests
