Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
- Availability to work Thursdays 6am-2pm, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays 6am-12pm with flexibility for other weekdays
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and special event days such as Packer games
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow café policies and safety procedures
- Basic math skills for handling cash and sales reconciliation
Job Qualifications
- Working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and equipment use standards
- Food service experience along with an understanding of inventory management preferred
- Ability to obtain Learn to Serve certification onsite
- Valid bartending license required
- Ability to lift 15 or more pounds
- Cashier experience preferred
Job Duties
- Greet and provide guests with prompt and courteous service that exceeds their expectations
- Assist in the preparation of café menu items as ordered and according to procedure
- Assist with breakfast room service orders
- Accurately capture all sales and settlements in the cash register
- Handle reconciliation of sales and payments according to standard operating procedure
- Monitor freshness of food products to meet or exceed quality standards
- Be knowledgeable of all café policies and explain them to members and guests when asked
- Enforce café rules and policies including maintaining knowledge of SOPs and procedures
- Assist in answering the telephone and take messages when necessary
- Maintain an orderly, neat appearance of the register areas as well as all other areas of the store
