Job Requirements

Must be able to work a minimum of 5 shifts per week
Must have prior barista experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks at any given time
Ability to stand for extended periods
Available to work weekends
Must follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a barista role preferred
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at any given time
Ability to stand for numerous hours at a time
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
Ability to work 5 hours shifts
Availability to work weekends
Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties

Follow all company drink recipes and procedures
Provide exceptional customer service with a lively attitude
Demonstrate exemplary menu and product knowledge
Maintain property and adequate set-up of coffee station daily
Clean equipment and entire coffee bar area
Order all products needed for coffee bar
Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during high volume periods
