The Barista II position at Little Dollies Waffle Shack is a seasonal role that can be full-time or part-time and is paid on an hourly basis. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about coffee and customer service. As a Barista II, you will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee beverages that meet company standards while managing customer orders with precision and care. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Attention to detail and time management are critical to ensure that every guest receives flawless service. Working under the direction of the Executive Chef, the Barista II plays a key role in maintaining a smooth workflow, especially during peak times, and contributes to creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Candidates who have basic coffee knowledge and a commitment to delivering outstanding service will find this role both rewarding and dynamic.
