The opportunity at Baxters offers competitive pay ranging from $15.00 to $16.00 per hour depending on experience, with added incentives such as a $0.50 per hour premium for overnight shifts between midnight and 6 a.m. Additional benefits include eligibility for health insurance within 90 days, vacation pay, overtime pay after 40 hours, holiday overtime pay, and performance-based annual bonuses tied to store profitability.
