Temp-Stop is a well-established retail company that began its journey in 1998 and has since expanded to encompass 10 Convenience Store locations along with 2 Liquor Stores. Baxters will operate within a newly constructed Convenience Store in Grain Valley, complementing the already established main store located in Lee’s Summit. This new venture reflects Temp-Stop's commitment to evolving with market trends and enhancing customer experiences through specialty offerings. The role at Baxters involves preparing food items and beverages with an emphasis on quality, presentation, and timely service. The opportunity at Baxters offers competitive pay ranging from $15.00 to $16.00 per hour depending on experience, with added incentives such as a $0.50 per hour premium for overnight shifts between midnight and 6 a.m. Additional benefits include eligibility for health insurance within 90 days, vacation pay, overtime pay after 40 hours, holiday overtime pay, and performance-based annual bonuses tied to store profitability. This position requires hands-on duties like preparing food and drinks according to recipes, maintaining sanitary conditions, operating kitchen equipment safely, restocking supplies, and assisting the store team with cleaning and organization. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous relevant experience is preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications

- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
- Cleaning windows, floors, bathrooms, emptying trash containers
