Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
- Ability to actively learn and become Barista certified by passing required trainings within 90 days
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented and reliable
- Interest in coffee and willingness to develop product knowledge
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and engage them throughout their store experience
- Determine customer needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge
- Serve customers promptly with a sense of urgency
- Prepare drinks and brew coffee and tea with consistent quality
- Participate actively in training to learn new and promotional products
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked store
- Follow company policies and procedures
