Job Requirements

Minimum six months experience in counter/barista role
Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license
Valid WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit
Ability to maintain Class 12 and/or Class 13 permit
Ability to work different shifts including holidays, weekends, and nights
Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
Ability to work in an environment with exposure to environmental tobacco smoke

Job Qualifications

Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license
Minimum of six months experience as a counter/barista
Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred
Required to have and maintain a valid WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit
Must be able to maintain Class 12 permit and/or Class 13 permit

Job Duties

Accurately take food and beverage orders promoting and recommending menu options to guests
Clean and maintain work areas and equipment, before, during and after guests are served
Operate espresso bar machine and prepare beverages ranging from simple to elaborate drinks and prepare and serve ice cream orders
Follow cash handling and cash register procedures and reconciliation of daily end of shift financial transactions
