Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Ability to pass pre-employment (post offer) background check
Experience as a barista preferred
Can communicate effectively in English
Open availability and flexible schedule for demanding hours
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Must be skilled in using various coffee preparation techniques
Must be skilled in operating and maintaining coffee equipment
Must showcase great sales and presentational skills
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time

Job Duties

Ensuring customer satisfaction by catering to guests' needs
Take orders while paying attention to details such as preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios
Providing menu recommendations and additional information
Preparing coffee using various preparation techniques and equipment
Handling cash and credit transactions
Maintaining inventory and managing storage and supplies
Maintaining a safe, healthy, and appealing work environment
