Job Requirements
- Prior experience as a barista or in a cafe setting preferred
- Experience in customer-facing roles and delegating tasks
- Organizational skills and ability to work with food and beverage operating systems
- Ability to meet store operating policies and standards including food safety and cash handling
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends busy season and high traffic retail days
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly up to 50 lbs occasionally to climb bend kneel and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a barista or in a cafe setting preferred
