Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
flexible availability including open shifts
ability to operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
strong customer service skills
reliable attendance and punctuality
ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, nurturing of a healthy/safe working environment
previous related experience in customer service, food preparation, sanitation, and inventory control preferred
Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations

Job Duties

Greet customers, take orders, mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, cafe latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
record all sales, collect cash/credit card/electronic payments and operate a cash register
clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms and preparation areas
attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
