Job Requirements
- Ability to work varying shifts including days and hours with open availability preferred
- successful completion of any required certification such as Starbucks Barista certification at certain locations
- reliable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- capability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- willingness to perform additional duties as assigned
- compliance with company policies and procedures related to food safety and customer service
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- reliable and committed to maintaining a healthy and safe working environment
- previous related experience in customer service, food preparation, sanitation, and inventory control preferred
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
Job Duties
- Greet customers and take orders
- mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
- record all sales and operate cash registers processing cash, credit card, and electronic payments
- clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and preparation areas
- attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned that may vary among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
