Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous related experience preferred
Ability to work varying shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Open availability preferred
Ability to operate cash register and handle payments
Strong customer service skills
Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in work areas

Job Qualifications

Team-oriented and adaptable
Reliable and responsible
Previous experience in customer service preferred
Knowledge of food preparation and sanitation preferred
Ability to maintain a healthy and safe working environment
Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations

Job Duties

Greet customers, take orders, mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
Record all sales, collect cash/credit card/electronic payments and operate a cash register
Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms and preparation areas
Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
Maintain health and safety standards in all work areas
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
