Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous related experience in customer service or food service preferred
- Open availability to work varying days and shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow health and safety standards
- Must be punctual and dependable for scheduled shifts
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Reliable with a commitment to fostering a healthy and safe work environment
- Experience in customer service, food preparation, sanitation, and inventory control preferred
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to operate cash registers and handle payments accurately
Job Duties
- Greet customers, take orders, mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, cafe latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
- Record all sales, collect cash/credit card/electronic payments and operate a cash register
- Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms and preparation areas
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
- Maintain a clean and glistening work area
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
