As a Barista II, you become an artist in crafting hand-made beverages, focusing on quality and presentation. You will prepare a variety of drinks, including coffee, espresso, cappuccinos, cafe lattes, teas, and fruit blends, serving as a fair-trade champion who supports sustainable sourcing. Beyond the technical skills, this position is about creating a welcoming atmosphere where customers leave with a smile. The role also involves operating cash registers, handling cash, credit, and electronic payments accurately, and ensuring all operational areas remain clean and hygienic, in line with health and safety standards.

This job requires a team-oriented and adaptable individual who can contribute to a healthy and safe work environment. Previous experience in customer service, food preparation, sanitation, and inventory control is preferred, and certification as a Starbucks Barista may be required at select locations.
