Beyond beverage preparation, the Barista II acts as a frontline ambassador, greeting customers warmly, accurately taking and processing orders using cash registers, and maintaining clean, orderly work and dining spaces. The role also involves routine cleaning tasks including sanitizing coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and preparation zones to uphold hygiene and health standards. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Open availability for varying shifts including days and hours
  • Prior experience in related roles preferred
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be punctual and dependable

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and take orders
  • Mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
  • Record all sales and operate cash registers handling cash, credit card, and electronic payments
  • Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and preparation areas
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
