Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours and varying shifts including days and evenings
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to handle cash and electronic payment systems
Adaptability to different work environments and duties

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a customer service or barista role preferred
Ability to operate cash registers and handle payments accurately
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented and adaptable
Starbucks Barista certification preferred at some locations

Job Duties

Greet customers, take orders, mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, cafe latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
Record all sales, collect cash/credit card/electronic payments and operate a cash register
Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms and preparation areas
Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements
