Job Requirements
- High school diploma GED or equivalent experience
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of food preparation sanitation standards and inventory control systems
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- Reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Duties
- Greet all guests and provide quick friendly and personalized service
- Mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee espresso cappuccino café latte tea chai fruit blend drinks considering customer specifications
- Maintain good customer relations and speedy delivery of all beverages and food items
- Educate guests regarding menu offerings and initiate suggestive selling
- Arrange coffee bar/cart supplies and cups/mugs to make attractive displays
- Clean coffee machines restaurant areas and preparation areas
- Record all sales collect money operate cash register and follow all cash-handling procedures as required
