The role of Barista I at Sodexo is designed for individuals passionate about customer service and coffee craftsmanship. This full-time position, with an hourly pay range of $19.50 to $21.84, involves working primarily overnight shifts with varying days, allowing for a dynamic work schedule that caters to diverse operational needs. As a Barista I, you will be the face of Sodexo’s beverage services within the hospital environment, ensuring that every guest receives timely, friendly, and personalized service. Your responsibilities will focus on preparing a variety of hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso, cappuccino, cafe latte, tea, chai, and fruit blend drinks, all crafted to meet individual customer specifications.

Beyond beverage preparation, the Barista I role emphasizes maintaining strong customer relations and ensuring speedy delivery of drinks and food items. You will also be tasked with maintaining an attractive and well-stocked coffee bar or cart, requiring attention to detail and organizational skills.
