As a Barista, you will engage with a diverse range of guests and teammates, educating them about coffee craft and making beverages that adhere strictly to brand specifications. The Barista position is a tipped role with a base hourly wage of $18.00, exclusive of potential tipped earnings, providing a lucrative compensation structure that rewards excellent service and customer interaction.
