This hotel is not just a place to stay but a destination where each visitor receives personalized service, reflecting attention to detail, warmth, and a passion for hospitality. The hotel’s innovative approach emphasizes not only comfort but also the creation of memorable moments that guests cherish long after their visit.
At Hotel Polaris, the role of a Barista is vital in shaping the guest experience and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. This position focuses on delivering exceptional beverage service, including crafting a diverse range of coffee, tea, and alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks to meet guests’ expectations. The Barista is an essential face of the hotel’s food and beverage team, responsible for interacting with guests daily, ensuring their satisfaction, and creating a friendly, inviting environment. This role demands a commitment to high standards of service and quality while maintaining a collaborative spirit with culinary and service teams to accommodate special requests and dietary needs efficiently.
This part-time position, offering $16.00 per hour, is ideal for individuals passionate about coffee culture and exceptional customer service. The Barista must demonstrate genuine care for beverage standards and hygiene, contribute to the overall positive energy of the food and beverage outlet, and proactively engage with colleagues and guests to resolve any issues promptly. The role includes operating cash registers, maintaining cleanliness, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Barista’s daily responsibilities extend beyond beverage preparation to include enhancing the ambiance and contributing to the hotel's mission of creating unique, authentic experiences for every guest.
Hotel Polaris values team members who aspire to be part of something bigger, striving not just for excellent service but also for nurturing a vibrant company culture and meaningful community connections. The Barista’s impact reaches beyond individual interactions, influencing the perception of the hotel and its reputation within the Colorado Springs hospitality landscape. This opportunity allows for personal and professional growth within a supportive team, where individual initiative in exceeding guest expectations is highly encouraged and recognized. With comprehensive benefits and a commitment to employee well-being, Hotel Polaris invites motivated candidates to join in shaping the future of travel and hospitality.
