Job Requirements
- At least one year of customer service experience preferred
- prior hospitality experience preferred
- must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit
- must possess valid Food Handler's card upon hire
- ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings weekends and holidays
- must be able to stand on feet and walk throughout the day
- must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- must be able to bend squat push pull frequently
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests providing excellent customer service as defined by outlet standards
- take orders and make quality beverage items to order
- handle cash transactions
- prepare all coffee tea alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages on the menu in a perfectly poured and timely manner
- share knowledge and recommendations of the food and beverage menus to guests
- respond courteously and efficiently to queries and problems from guests and staff
- maintain genuine care about beverage standards
- perform daily stocking and cleaning duties
- communicate with culinary team regarding meal requirements allergies dietary needs and special requests
- contribute to positive team environment by recognizing issues proactively working to resolve them and communicating them to the restaurant manager
- deliver distinctively different and authentic experiences to all guests by acting with a customer-comes-first attitude
- commit to above-par sanitation of the store and work environment
- utilize freedom to go above and beyond and take initiative to resolve guest complaints and create loyalty
