Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Minimum 2+ years of barista experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prepare gourmet coffee beverages
Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 30 lbs
Pass a background check

Job Qualifications

Prior barista experience minimum 2+ years
Passion for coffee and customer service
Friendly attitude and strong communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Background check is required

Job Duties

Prepare coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks with consistency and care
Greet customers and take orders
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe and equipment
Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
